The Technology
The patent-pending technology that makes the CPRMattress is so impressive because of its simplicity.
When activated by the button a vacuum motor will run vacuuming out the air in the upper half of the mattres. This vacuum causes the base of the mattress which is foam to compress into a rigid surface.Currently the vacuum will cycle again to make sure the mattress retains its rigidy. When the mattress is no longer needed the mattress can be reinflated by pushing and holding the activation button for 2 seconds. The mattress returns to full comfort level within one minute. This technology is virtually adaptable to any foam based mattress.
